September 2025 release
IAM e-mail notifications
Starting from 13 September 2025, you will receive automatic e-mail notifications regarding security-related actions related to your e-banking access. These messages are intended to further enhance your digital security.
The notifications will be sent to the e-mail address registered in e-banking (under "Profile > Manage contact details").
Important: if no e-mail address has been registered, there will be no notifications until an address has been entered manually (by you or by your client adviser).
The following events trigger a notification:
- Changing your e-mail address (Note: the notification will be sent to the e-mail address registered directly in e-banking – not to the address specified in any e-mail agreement.)
- Adding a new device for two-factor authentication (applies only to new registrations via the LLB Banking App)
- Deleting an existing device for two-factor authentication (only affects registrations in the LLB Banking App)
- Changing your e-banking password
- Blocking of your e-banking access
Please check your e-mail address under "Profile > Manage contact details" and update it if necessary. This is the only way to ensure that you are informed immediately about security-relevant events.
LLB will never ask you to log in or provide your login details via phone calls, e-mail or SMS. We do not send e-mails with links to login pages such as e-banking, and we never ask you for your e-banking contract number or PIN.
New logic in selecting the settlement account for stock exchange orders
The selection of the settlement account for stock exchange orders in e-banking has been adjusted based on the feedback received from clients
- Any preferred account defined in your custody account in e-banking will continue to be used as the default settlement account.
- If no preferred account is set, the default account stored in Avaloq will now be used.
- Of course, you can still manually select a different account at any time.
This new logic applies to all stock market transactions (purchase, sale, individual and collective orders) and to all business areas.
Design adjustments
Various design optimisations have been implemented so that you can benefit from a clear, modern and user-friendly interface.
