Executing the right of withdrawal after product purchase

You can now withdraw from a digitally concluded contract directly within e-banking.

A withdrawal is possible within 14 days of purchasing the product. 

Products subject to withdrawal are displayed in e-banking and can be withdrawn directly there.

During the withdrawal period, you will be notified of your right of withdrawal via the notification center (bell icon) in e-banking.

Changes to e-banking geoblocking

You can only use our online and mobile banking as well as the willbe investment app to a limited extent from countries subject to international sanctions.

If you log in to E-Banking from one of the affected countries, creating orders in the following areas is currently not available: Payments, Trading orders, Money market investments and FX orders are not possible in these cases. With the exception of the features mentioned, e-banking remains available.

Adjust your account for interest and amortization payments on your own

You can now adjust the account for interest and principal payments on your loan directly in e-banking.

To make this adjustment, go to "Products" > "Financing".

You can choose from your personal accounts as well as savings accounts within the same business relationship.
