Now you can find all your notifications at a glance
The new Notification Centre gives you a complete overview of all notifications with just one click. The red circle next to the newly introduced bell icon immediately tells you how many unread or uncompleted notifications you have. Until now, these notifications have been displayed in various places in the online banking service.
We will continue to expand this new functionality over the next few weeks. The existing notifications in the form of red circles in various locations will disappear. We are also improving the display logic to show you only information that is relevant to you.
Adjustment of your contact details via our Online Banking
You can now manage your contact details, i.e. your telephone number and e-mail address, online, provided that a valid e-mail agreement already exists and you are the account holder of the respective business relationship.
The contact data management has several advantages.
- You can see your current contact details and update them at any time if necessary.
- E-mail addresses that are not yet included in the existing e-mail agreement can simply be added online.
- You can accept the updated email agreement online. It is therefore no longer necessary to physically sign the agreement. You can find the updated agreement after signing it in the menu item "My documents".
You can find the functionalities in your user profile on the newly introduced page "Contact details". From now on you can also change your address here.
